An update can spend a longer time in testing than the required mandatory days in testing. This is defined by the packager when creating the update using the stable days setting.

Once the update has spent enough time in testing ( days in testing > mandatory testing days) bodhi will add a comment on the update that it can be submitted to stable.

In order for the update to be submitted automatically it needs to have days in testing > stable days, once that is the case the update will not be submitted automatically in stable since we ignore updates that already have the bodhi stable comment.

We should probably change the logic that check for the stable comment and ignore only the updates that have the comment and have the stable request.
