Add a LICENSE.md symlink to the gvdb crate, and replace copied LICENSE.md file with a symlink in the gvdb-macros crate. This should ensure sure that the top level LICENSE.md file is correctly included in crates produced by 'cargo publish'. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2230729#c3
