Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Public shares are only being able to be protected by a custom password per share. It would be nice to generally protect public shares by the cas-authentication as an option, too.

Describe the solution you'd like
Optional parameter in the admin panel to (de-)activate the public share authentication via cas.
