+The error you see is likely `{start_spec,{invalid_shutdown,infinity}}`. This is due to Erlang/OTP releases R14 (or generally, versions prior to R15) sometimes disliking the atom `infinity` in child specifications. If you have this problem, use the branch `r14` instead of `master`. It changes the `infinity` value to `120000` (arbitrarily long value), which should hopefully make things work smoothly (it did for me).
