CharLcd

Lcd display library compatible with the hd44780 controller on the raspberrypi.

install:

sudo gem install rpi_gpio
sudo gem install charlcd

usage:

require 'charlcd'

char_lcd = CharLcd.new
char_lcd.begin(16, 2)
char_lcd.message("First Line\nSecond Line")
char_lcd.clean_pins()

Thanks to JV LOBO to changing the library from pi_piper to rpi_gpio.
