Very strange bug.
On your page - spinner displayed perfectly.
But on my simplest test page - I see only a right half of spinner.

IE version: 8.0.7601.17514 (on Windows7 32bit)

Test page code:

<div id="preview" style="width:200px; height:200px">

<script type="text/javascript" src=""></script>
    var opts = {
      lines: 10, // The number of lines to draw
      length: 7, // The length of each line
      width: 4, // The line thickness
      radius: 10, // The radius of the inner circle
      color: '#000', // #rbg or #rrggbb
      speed: 1, // Rounds per second
      trail: 60, // Afterglow percentage
      shadow: false // Whether to render a shadow
    var target = document.getElementById('preview');
    var spinner = new Spinner(opts).spin(target);
