Bug: Existing Library folder can be pinned again

Description

Within Libraries, you apparently have the option to pin a default Library folder to the Sidebar, despite it already existing on the Sidebar.
However, doing so will create a duplicate on the Sidebar. In addition, checking the Properties of any pinned item on the Sidebar is treated as a Standard Folder that have the options to Customize it... but it won't do anything even if saving changes.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Libraries folder: C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries
2. Right-Click any default Library folder (Documents, Pictures, Music, etc.) and select "Pin to Sidebar".
3. A duplicate will appear on the pinned section of the sidebar.
4. Compare the Right-Click > Properties between a Library folder and a pinned Library folder.
   Pinned items are treated as standard folders with customization, while Library folders are treated as Libraries

Thanks for the report, are you sure you pinned the library folder and not just the normal user folder? For me It shows as unpin after doing that.

I am in the root Libraries folder in: C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries
I guess it's more of a questionable bug as to why a duplicate of the Library folder can appear?

I know, I'm asking if the already pinned documents folder is the library one or one from the user folder.

OHH, yes, I can confirm. The pinned libraries in Quick Access are indeed folders from the Users folder, not directly from the Libraries folder.
