Bug: Files (Preview) application crashes immediately after performing [SHIFT] + [RMB] on a file

Description

Files (Preview) application (version 3.9.7.0 on Windows build 10.0.26100.0) crashes immediately when selecting a file with [RMB] while holding [SHIFT] key (this key sequence is equivalent to File Explorer functionality of directly opening legacy Windows context menu on Windows 11). Following entries are recorded to debug.log:

2025-04-25 12:59:06.0768|Error|Microsoft.UI.Xaml.LayoutCycleException: The text associated with this error code could not be found.

Layout cycle detected.  Layout could not complete.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Files (Preview)
2. Select any file with [RMB] while holding [SHIFT] key
3. Observe Files (Preview) crashing and closing immediately

The issue persists in 3.9.13.0.

The Windows File Explorer content is modified by multiple installed applications on my machine. Examples are git, Google Drive, 7zip, and some corporate installs.

Thank you for sharing, I can confirm this is an issue with WinUI. Can you please comment there that it's still an issue?

This probably isn't very helpful, but it can usually be worked around by using a different screen scale.
