Bug: When folder name contains ".Url" at the end, it tries to open a shortcut

Description

I work as a software developer, some projects have names like "XYZ.Url" which are folders

Navigating to these folders brings up a "Shortcut cannot be opened" error with an option to delete the shortcut.

Steps To Reproduce

Have a folder called "Whatever.Url"
Try to open it by double-clicking
