Used like

<a data-bind="page-href: {path: '../some/url', params: someModel}">click</a>

or if parameters should be injected inside the path it is used like

<a data-bind="page-href: {path: '../some%1/url%2', params: someArray}">
click
</a>

Do I understand right, that with this implemented, it will be possible to create anchors to current page with certain params like this?

page-href: {path: $page, params: paramsArray}

Yep. It will work. Hopefully I'll get time to code it this weekend.
