It's been refreshed (thanks to the magic of an at job which reminds me every couple of years), but you need to update the key:

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-key 2CE2AC08D880C8E4

I don't really know of any way of managing this better; I suppose we could make a fish-keyring package?
