Fish version: 3.3.1-637-gef33ec2f6 (built from source)

When I press tab Fish scrolls down to the line where I use tab completion so I have no ability normally edit entered command. Maybe better not to scroll at all and place autocomplete suggestions above remaining lines of the command temporarily.
