We currently use the Russel and Daitch-Mokotoff algorithms.

Others may give better results

I carried our some tests on my site LTR and RTL names using Beider-Morse.
https://stevemorse.org/census/soundex.html?name=Pilowsky&version=bmver310&type=gen
and https://stevemorse.org/hebrew/dmheb.html

For now, for instance I do not see the same result for
Tchichelnitzky and ציצלניצקי
Pilovsky and פילובסקי
Jankeloff, Jankelov and יענקלוב
Grymblat, Grünblatt and גרינבלט
Radsevitsch, Radziewicz, Radsewitch, Rudzewicz, ראדצעוויץ, רצביץ
Jacobsohn, Jakobson, יעקובסון
Ørsted, Örsted
Æpel, Äppel

I will contact Stephen Morse.
