A command-line version of StippleGen.

Note. the code is a port of a complex Processing sketch, as such it isn't following any usual pattern, but hopefully it's a more readible refactoring than the original project.

Usage:
-s, -source : path to source image
-t, -target : path to save file
-st, -stipples : how many stipples, defaults is 6000, higher is slower
-g, -generations : default is 3, higher is slower
-ti, -tspIterations : travelling salesman path optimisation, default is 500
-c, -color : color of the stipples, default is #000000
-i, -invert : Invert which areas of the image are stippled
-r, -raster : Apply stipples to source and export combined raster image file
-tsp, -tsppath : draw the TSP path instead of stipples
-ds, -dotsize : size of smallest stipple, default: 1.0
-dsr, -dotsizerange : dot size variance, default: 2.0
