Incomplete german translation in mail notification #58

As far as i can see there is already a full german translation file for notifications located in https://github.com/fiveai/Cachet/blob/2.6/resources/lang/de-DE/notifications.php

I don't know why but some parts of notification mails are not translated in notification mails.

greeting is always "Thanks,"
Copyright is always "All rights reserved"

Language in cachet is set to "de-DE".

Any chance to get this fixed ?
