Install reference SDKs

# Python
pip install fixyourdocs

# TypeScript
npm install @fixyourdocs/sdk

The SDKs live in fixyourdocs/sdk-python and fixyourdocs/sdk-typescript (initial scaffolding in place; implementations land per the v0 spec).
