DM2: Check object's metadata.revised before saving #150

Right now, DM2 can lock objects that were opened for editing, but it cannot detect cases where f.x. a user has to edit forms open, submits the first, and then the second, which will override all edits done in the first submit.

There shoudl be a hidden input field in forms with the timestamp the form was rendered. On submission, this timestamp could be checked agaisnt the object's metadata.revised and some confirmation dialog could be shown, so that the user knows that other changes will get overwritten.
