This component provides direct marketing tools for OpenPSA. Users can define campaigns and upload different types of messages (by default plain text, HTML email, HTML newsletter and SMS) which can then be sent to a list of contacts (campaign members).

Campaign members can be selected manually from the contacts database pages or automatically by a set of rules ("smart campaigns")

With the appropriate setup, DirMar can detect whether or not links in emails have been clicked and whether or not emails where delivered correctly (bounce detection). The component provides a report for each sent message with an overview of those statistics.


Personalize Emails:

  • <FNAME> - first name of the contact
  • <LNAME> - last name of the contact
  • <EMAIL> - email address of the contact
  • <UNSUBSCRIBE_URL> - URL to unsubscribe from campaign
