I misflashed / had a broken uPD720201 which used a BrightMoon T25S40 that identified as 0x5e/0x2013?
Rumors said it would be similar to the N25S40, so I gave the settings a try, adjusted it a bit based on the datasheet and it flashed without issues. I haven't done more than reviving a single card so I can't guarantee more but it worked.
