I managed to get a build based on Runtime 49 here: #503
This is only for the Lutris GUI, I've removed most components required to run games from within the flatpak so I don't intent to merge it, it's only for testing. Eventually, I'd like for lutris to depend on umu launcher and other Flatpaks to run games but we're not at that stage yet.

Anyway, should be possible to get a working full build by taking pieces of my branch.

So the current state of this is that we need to update poetry to a version that works with the newer pythong/toolhchain. However doing so pulls the python cryptography and maturin in the chain and those also need the cargo generated sources in addition to the python ones.

I don't have much more time to look at this again for the now, so feel free to take a stab at it.

We can merge #498 and include most of the deps so they just work. Then this PR becomes like 3 commits.
