ARM version

LibreOffice would like to use openjdk and also build on ARM. There isn't currently an ARM version of the extension and I can't remember exactly why that is - but since there's now a 'customer' it'd be nice to try again if we can.

The issue is that the version of jdk8 debian provides can't bootstrap jdk9. We may have to:

"install the oracle jdk somewhere, make an arm build of some jdk8 version, and then put the resulting build up somewhere, then we can use that to bootstrap the sdk extension build. it doesn't have to be a supported or great version, just some buiĺd that has enough in it to bootstrap the real build. I believe you need the server version to bootstrap jdk9. but most arm jdk builds are some limited version"
