View JSON response "total_rows" value. #170

When querying a view from Curl the response contains a "total_rows" key with how many results there are.
Performing a query in Cradle only returns the rows value.

you can do cradle.setup({raw: true}) to get unprocessed data

I think this should be included in the output without converting everything to raw output. Think of view pagination when you want to show something like 1-10/2000 for example.

I really like cradle but this sort of processing/conversion overkill just seems plain wrong.
