Description:
This plugin will replace the noepg-patch with the new cEpgHandler
of vdr >= 1.7.26.

Configuration
-------------
All configuration is done with the settings.conf at the plugin's
configuration directory.

Mode
----
whitelist: block EPG of all channels except the ones from the list
blacklist: block EPG of all channels from the list

Format
------
mode=[whitelist|blacklist]
channel-id
channel-id // comment
channel-id //= channel name
channel-id
...

Notes
-----
Comments starting with "//=" will be ignored and replaced with
the name of the channel.

Helper
------
"nvertigo" from vdr-portal.de provided a script to convert the settings
of the noepg-patch. You'll find it in the contrib-directory.
