Intermitten issues permissions #137

While using the api method https://www.flickr.com/services/api/flickr.photos.comments.editComment.html I get intermitent Code 99 Insufficient permissions . When I try it myself it does not fail.

I haven't figured what's going on as the fails seem totally random from me. Any hints @alex-seville ?
