Hey Kevin,

I'm a fan and an active user of the FluentAssertions.MVC4/5 packages and I'd like to contribute to the new AspNetCore packages.

I'd made some changes such that the solution can build and run the samples/unit tests on Windows/Mac/Linux.

Changeset Details:
Changed unit test framework and runners to xUnit which are stable releases officially supported by the .Net Foundation and run in tests Visual Studio and the command line/CLI via dotnet test.

…ficially supported and maintained by the .Net Foundation for Visual Studio and the command line/CLI via dotnet test.
…sertions.AspNetCore.Mvc.Sample.Tests project

Closing due to CI build failing because of missing files in publish output directory of the Sample projects
