For auditing the changes in a table it is quite common to use the connected user

can you add this to the SystemMethods Enumeration?

SQL Server: CURRENT_USER
MySQL: current_user()
Oracle: user
Firebird: CURRENT_USER

Thnx.

Just discovered that this is not possible for MySql. You have to do it with a trigger and I'm not going there! See http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/data-type-defaults.html
