What exactly is the issue are you facing ? Is it the message you are seeing, or trying to follow the link in the message is giving you any error ? Or are you seeing nothing to migrate after following the link ?

If so, this was fixed already as mentioned here: #118231 (comment) so you'll need to be on latest stable or master to see it working.

Without additional information, we are unfortunately not sure how to resolve this issue. We are therefore reluctantly going to close this bug for now.
If you find this problem please file a new issue with the same description, what happens, logs and the output of 'flutter doctor -v'. All system setups can be slightly different so it's always better to open new issues and reference the related ones.
