Reimagine the app bundle path and offer a default DartEntrypoint.

The app bundle path concept is confusing and its not clear how a developer should change it, or when, or why. We should improve its use.

Also, we should offer a default factory for a DartEntrypoint that uses a "main" entrypoint and the default app bundle path.
