Remove versions from displaying in CLI subcommands

Just for context, this version originates from the version of the fluvio-cli crate. We use a version 0.0.0 as an internal convention for our large workspace to signal that we don't publish this crate to crates.io.

The version we display in fluvio version is (effectively, to users, but not "technically") overridden from 0.0.0. It instead comes from the VERSION file at the root of the Fluvio repo. Our development and release processes reinforce keeping this file up to date.

I believe it wouldn't be very pragmatic, from a development perspective, for versions to differ for subcommands. Both due to the automation used to build this binary in CI and the way our CLI library, structopt, encourages us to organize the relevant code spread out across many files. In my opinion, there's too much room for human error.

As a user, I'm not sure what the subcommand version should communicate that differs from what the fluvio version output provides.

I think we should instead consider removing the display of versions from the subcommands.

Otherwise, we would need to develop a new convention managed outside of our current build tooling for us to validate/enforce bumping the versions within the CLI when we make changes to specific subcommands.
