Support installing clusters on Google Kubernetes Engine #2364
Description
Needed to resolve issue from discord convo leading to fluvio-community/k8-api#168. This will update the crates with the new support.
Load balancer support (for external access) is out of scope for this addition.
Support for deploying a Fluvio cluster in a GCP VM against the GKE autopilot and standard clusters.
