I only noticed this issue when trying to build RPMs for flux-sched v0.5.0, but it appears that the priority_mod_fair_tree.so sched plugin is being installed directly into ${libdir} (e.g. /usr/lib64) instead of a flux specific plugin path. I assume this sched plugin is supposed to go into ${libdir}/flux/modules/sched/? (please correct me if I am wrong)
For the v0.5.0 RPM, we can just move the file after make install, but this should be fixed in the Makefile as well, thus the issue as a reminder.
