UploadIO insists on 3 arguments with Faraday 0.8.

This is if the first argument is a stream instead of a filename. The version of multipart_post used in Faraday 0.9 allows for the third argument too.

    Updating faraday, removing faraday_middleware, rashie.

Rashie really was overkill for what I was doing. And still on the fence with MultiJson.
