At the moment we ask users to download the Snowflake JDBC driver from Maven Central. As soon as we have permission to do so, ship it out of the box with Flyway.

The driver is licensed under Apache 2.0, which permits distribution. https://github.com/snowflakedb/snowflake-jdbc/blob/master/LICENSE.txt . Will be added to 6.4.1.
