put V1__Create_person_table.sql in sql directory, then init flyway

$ ./flyway init
...
$ ./flyway info
+----------------+----------------------------+---------------------+---------+
| Version        | Description                | Installed on        | State   |
+----------------+----------------------------+---------------------+---------+
| 1              | Create person table        | 2013-11-10 02:12:42 | Success |

info command output says Description is "Create person table" and its status is success. But init command just creates schema_version table and V1__Create_person_table.sql is not executed.

Also, validate command does not show any warning or errors.

This is really annoying.

I propose when V_X both is found at both local sql directory and database's schema_version table, info command shows database's data.

If this feature is by design, please tell me the rationale behind this.
