Include MIT license

The MIT license requires that a license file be passed along by anyone else distributing this code. As I'm working to package it for Fedora, a LICENSE file is required within the source tarball for us to pass along to our users. Please include that file in your source.

I added the license file and published a new version (0.2.2) on github and pypi.
