Takes an array of service accounts, with an email and scopes to add to an
instance on creation.

This will take the form:

      :service_accounts => [
          :email => "123845678986@project.gserviceaccount.com",
          :scopes => [
              'https://www.googleapis.com/auth/devstorage.read_write'
          ]
      ]
