Char View, View menu, Show, Show All Point Co-Ordinates (+ pref)

Similar to 'Show All Control Points', this means:

• Add a checkmark menu item to Char View, View menu, Show, Show All Point Co-Ordinates
• Add a preference

However both show failure where points are close together. So a bonus task would be

• like the Ruler tool, use some 'collision detection' to avoid overlapping co-ordinates
