[MNT] - Update internal organization of objects

Objects were getting a split splintered between use-case specific sub-modules and a general 'objs' sub-module. This update re-organizes to put different objects in different places based on their use.

This includes:

• moving the data object to the data sub-module (and renaming the previous data.data file)
• renaming the objs sub-folder to results
