[1.3.11rc1] Missing method on /api/printer/tool causing exception #3090

Problem

NameError: global name '_delete_bed' is not defined

  File "flask/app.py", line 1381, in handle_user_exception

  File "flask/app.py", line 1461, in dispatch_request
    return self.view_functions[rule.endpoint](**req.view_args)
  File "octoprint/server/api/printer.py", line 154, in printerToolState
    return jsonify(_get_temperature_data(_delete_bed))

Refactoring error. See Sentry SERVER-24.

Solution

Add missing method.
