python3: changes exceptions, queue and asesrtEqual #1411

What does this PR do and why is it necessary?

  1. import Queue is now lower caps

  2. exceptions
    except KeyError as e:

  3. assertEquals is deprecated but assertEqual does exactly same thing

How was it tested? How can it be tested by the reviewer?

travis ci ran before commit

Any background context you want to provide?

python3 compat
