still render editor with frontmatter errors on edit view #1797

Description

If you had an error in the frontmatter of the edit view on the v1 editor, it would throw a 500 instead of rendering the editor with the errors. This fixes that. If an error is thrown, then we are in the v1 editor and so we render that. This has_frontmatter? method is only called in the template:

  <% unless @article.has_frontmatter? %>
