We need some sort of error tracking system so that we can monitor any errors, ED downtime, order malfunctions, etc.

"you can use monit (https://mmonit.com/monit/) as a quick solution. A more robust one will be using something like kubernetes."

@JonathonDunford seems a great ideas to us Kubernetes, with prometheus and Grafana is a robust idea.
