    Renamed the method make(…) to standard to fit with forcefield in the
    same class. Method calls StandardParticleEmitter.standard and
    StandardParticleEmitter.forcefield are two different particleemitters.
    With one called make it was hard to see they did similar things.

    The ghost model is smaller. The long platforms are 36 long instead of
    40 (matching their appearance). The windows, torches and plants
    hopefully don't clash with each other or the platforms.

    The 'frenzy' animation no longer relies on the animation's length to
    stop in time – it is stopped when the powerup ends. Also cleared out
    unnecessary commented-out code

    Added the Blender-made model for the short platform. Simplified the
    connection between PlayerControl and Player (PlayerControl doesn't keep
    track of a lot of methods in Player, only upDateModelAfterJump and
    upDateModelAfterPowerup).

    Renamed PlatformLength as PType (it was very long and is used a lot in
    ChunkFactory. Also it is more of a type than a length – the type then
    has a length).
    Fixed the starting chunks (there were overlapping platforms).
    Removed some System.out from the menus.
  4. Fireballs don't make sound when hitting platforms

    The fireballs are often outside the screen when they hit platforms, so
    we don't want a sound for that.

    Wizards can now get a second shot in if the player is moving slowly or
    is hit by something (e.g. the first shot). Previously they almost never
    got that second shot away before the player was gone.

    This uses the new MainMenuScreen, aligning it to the right to make sure
    it shows the entire image on any resolution (parts of the black area to
    the left is cut).

    Wizard now looks at player better. The double-jump-reachable powerup is
    now never followed by a platform too high. The starting platforms are
    now long without jumps again.

    The file liblwijgl.jnilib started causing bugs for me. I deleted it and
    it was re-created on running, and then it worked. I can't seem to get
    it to work without commiting this change.
  5. Plant and bat development

    Fixed collisionshape and position of plant. Made all bast orange. Made
    both plant and bat load their model and material once each. Also fixed
    so that the invulnerability light disappears on respawn.
  6. Window and torch frequency

    Adjusted the frequency of windows and torches. Now they never come on
    the same chunk. Also ran the 'format' command on ChunkFactory by
    mistake but it doesn't hurt anyone.

    There are now only three platform lengths – short, medium and long.
    They should be replaced by custom blender models for these lengths, to
    make the creation of textures easier.

    Roman numerals on GuiNode caused phone to crash. They are now removed,
    and the only way progress is showed is by the numbers on the wall.

    Tutorial screen that should hold an image with instructions. Currently
    holds the same image as the title screen. Also removed exit button from
    main menu since who uses that on a mobile phone.
