[Windows] Issue with "__gthr_win32_create"

Hello,

Since I installed GNU 15 compilers using conda I can't no longer use fpm on windows. I get the following error when calling fpm --version:
"fpm.exe - Entry point not found
The entry point of procedure __gthr_win32_create cannot be found in the dynamic link library C:<...>\AppData\Local\miniforge3\Library\libgfortran-5.dll"
