Various updates for:
npm audit fixThis also adds a soft-cap for
typescriptto v5.7. The@typescript-eslint/*packages currently do not support TypeScript 5.8, but that should change sometime soon. The 5.8 support feature has been merged there (typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint#10903), so just waiting on that to be published to the packages.This did not touch the packages for the headless projects.
