Biggest change here is updating stylelint-config-standard to 39.0.0, which introduces some new rules. Fixed the places where deprecated properties were in use but turned off two other that conflicted with some of the PostCSS plugins we're using (particularly our use of mixins). As with forumone/gesso#971, does not update to TypeScript 5.9 as we need
@typescript-eslint/eslint-pluginto update first.
