The recent version 0.4.7 completly breaks mailnews in SeaMonkey, somehow corrupting prefs.js
Basically, once the extension updates all mail accounts except Local folders disappear from the mail window and also the configuration window and it's not possible to interact with them. I had to disable the extension and restore prefs.js from a backup.
If it can help, at the first startup after updating the extension the accounts are still there but in the wrong order. If you restart SeaMonkey they disappear.
I'm willing to help debug this, if you need it.

Hi, thanks for reporting! I couldn't reproduce the problem, but haven't pushed testing to the limit though. If you could get in contact with me by email or on IRC (foudfou on freenode), that'd be nice.

Can you confirm 088f7f5 fixes the problem.
Here is how I could reproduce the problem:

  • create a fresh profile
  • create (declare) a mail account
  • install FireTray (which invites to restart seamonkey)
  • at this stage, the mail account doesn't show up
