Users rely on this so the useLoc change should be reverted (and another way found to handle the Clojure integration path issue as well).

Fix #378 by restoring /model behavior
I believe I've restored 3.1 (& earlier) behavior in the mainline case.
The Clojure integration case is now handled as a special case
collaboration between FW/1 and ioclj...
