If bean discovery fails, re-initialization can occur #458

If discoverBeansInFolder() throws an exception, then it's possible for discoverBeans() to be called again (as part of an application's error handling attempt to get a bean etc) and that will then cause some beans to be reloaded, and you get a duplicate bean error (if you have aliases disabled).

That function should catch exceptions, set discovery as being complete, and then rethrow the exception.
