  1. upgraded to meteor v.0.5 and fixed issue #17

    added "insecure" package to avoid using auth model
    reduced words to those with less than ten chars as workaround for issue
    #17: words wrapped when greater than ten characters. ideally want to
    make css better to fix this without losing words.

  1. Added Hangman HTML5 drawing

    Added HTML5 canvas with Hangman image; dynamically updates based on
    incorrect guesses.

  2. Fixed Issue #3 & removed idle players

    Moved Invite button to separate template to stop selection of an
    opponent re-rendering the selection box (this caused Issue #3). Later
    when Meteor is updated to re-render based on element context this
    workaround can be removed.
    Fixed syntactical error in the remove_threshold check, so now idle
    players will be removed after ten minutes.

    Added game and player states to simplify game flow.
    Modified Games collection to only keep an array of player_ids instead
    of a copy of Players (and refactored dependent methods).
    Added game invites, so the opponent you select gets to choose if they
    actually want to play you.

    game states
    Added method to refresh player on game exit, in order to fix issue #5.
    Decoupled viewport from keep alive to fix Issue #7

  1. Remove game+player on exit

    Added method to remove players, letters and game on exit to reduce
    server load.
    Need to work out what I want to persist if I want to have leader board
    Also, the game removal doesn't seem to sync with the server so
    re-appears when you refresh.
